Description

  • Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for B2B clients.
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel, including calendar planning, strategy, content, campaign builds, deployment, testing, measurement, and reporting.
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs and ensure end-to-end tracking and measurement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand guidelines are followed in email communications.
  • Report monthly on lifecycle program performance and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Use data to test, measure, and optimize email marketing programs continuously.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal digital channels and other departments.
  • Employ AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
  • Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in support of the role.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic copywriting skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and ability to draw conclusions from data and act on them.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or similar tools.
  • SMS experience is preferred.
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy, and design approaches.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
