Description

  • Set meetings through outbound prospecting using automated and manual campaigns to meet daily and monthly pipeline targets.
  • Partner with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops to improve pipeline quality.
  • Build and refine outbound motion by identifying and reaching decision-makers.
  • Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Own the outbound process end to end, from account research to booking qualified meetings for the AE team.
  • Work with leadership to refine messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • Support regional go-to-market and marketing activities across digital and onsite formats.
  • Communicate value propositions clearly to technical buyers and stay current on product and service information.
  • Build internal relationships with sales, marketing, and cloud vendor teams.
  • Travel occasionally as required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an outbound SDR or similar role.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS B2B or cloud products or services.
  • A track record of achieving results in an outbound lead generation environment.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and campaigns in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A goal-oriented, self-motivated mindset with the grit to work through challenges.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while remaining highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and multi-channel outreach platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay is beneficial.
  • Experience working remotely or across distributed teams is implied by the fully remote structure.
