Description

Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned GTM and technical roles.
Source, engage, and activate passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
Build and maintain global talent pipelines across EMEA and APAC.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business units to understand role requirements and evolving priorities.
Coach and guide hiring managers on interviewing, recruiting best practices, and hiring process alignment.
Use data and reporting to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful interview process.
Support DEI initiatives by building diverse pipelines and promoting an inclusive recruitment process.
Plan and execute initiatives that improve TA processes, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate on employer branding efforts with the Employee Engagement Specialist.

Requirements

1-2 years of in-house recruiting experience at a SaaS tech company, primarily hiring for GTM roles.
Experience hiring technical roles.
Hands-on ownership of end-to-end hiring, including writing job descriptions, interviewing, negotiating, and managing offers.
Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find and engage passive candidates.
Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting.
Experience implementing AI in hiring efforts.
Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with native-level English.
Experience with Greenhouse (preferred).
Experience hiring G&A roles (preferred).
Understanding of the cloud management space (preferred).
Experience managing remote hiring processes (preferred).
Experience hiring in APAC and/or the US (preferred).
Additional languages (preferred).
BA in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
