Description

  • Partner with directors and managers to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for open roles across multiple functions.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR data, and new hire documentation.
  • Contribute to HR operations across a range of areas excluding payroll and legal.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Manager for guidance and alignment.
  • Help ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company culture and values.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
  • Experience working with e-commerce organizations.
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and hire candidates across multiple functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and managers.
  • Proactive, get-things-done mindset with a sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, ATS platforms, and employee documentation processes.
