Description

  • Manage the full hiring cycle from kick-off meeting and candidate sourcing to interviews and candidate onboarding.
  • Develop and analyze effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt and high-quality communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations and achieve hiring results.
  • Take a proactive approach to work, acknowledge mistakes, and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of recruiting theory, key tools, and sourcing/interviewing approaches across different hiring stages.
  • Strong motivation to grow in HR and recruiting.
  • Good communication skills.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work with large volumes of information.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or a related role is a plus.
