Description

  • Set meetings through outbound prospecting using automated and manual campaigns to hit daily and monthly pipeline targets.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops to improve pipeline quality.
  • Identify and reach decision-makers to strengthen the outbound motion.
  • Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Own the outbound process end-to-end, from account research through to booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Work with leadership to refine messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • Support regional go-to-market and marketing activities across digital and onsite formats.
  • Communicate value propositions clearly to technical buyers and stay current on product and service updates.
  • Build internal relationships with sales, marketing, and cloud vendor teams.
  • Some travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in cloud, preferably selling to technical decision makers such as CTOs, VP Engineering, or Heads of DevOps.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS B2B products or cloud products or services.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation and reaching results-oriented targets.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and campaigns in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated mindset with the grit to work through challenges.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and sales authority while staying highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Additional language skills such as Swedish, German, or Dutch are a plus.
