Description

  • Identify and contact key decision makers at leading brands to create new business opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with assigned prospects.
  • Support marketing and sales through lead generation and qualification of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Work across phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns to develop prospects.
  • Partner with an assigned Account Executive or Regional Sales Manager to meet personal and team targets.
  • Develop and implement prospect communication plans with sales and marketing teams.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations and face-to-face meetings for assigned sales leaders.
  • Communicate Emplifi’s value proposition to prospects and decision makers.

Requirements

  • Previous successful client-facing experience, preferably in B2B sales or telesales.
  • Fluent Portuguese, Spanish, and English are required.
  • An AI-first mindset with the ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and business impact.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Strong drive to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Willingness to learn about social and brand marketing.
  • Technical aptitude to master the company’s CRM tool.
  • Ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Research skills and persistence in reaching decision makers.
  • Experience with marketing and brand storytelling is beneficial.
