Description

  • Partner with Client Development Leadership to design and execute strategies that drive new client growth.
  • Lead, coach, develop, onboard, and train Regional Vice Presidents to improve performance and accountability.
  • Establish clear individual and team goals aligned with departmental objectives.
  • Drive consistent execution of sales and growth initiatives across the team.
  • Improve RVP productivity through sales process optimization, marketing materials, technology, and training initiatives.
  • Motivate teams and sustain achievement of business targets through strong leadership and influence.
  • Ensure adherence to company performance standards, policies, procedures, and client service expectations.
  • Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports to inform performance management and planning.
  • Recruit sales team members and monitor team performance.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred, especially in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 5+ years of financial services industry experience required; high-volume sales, relationship management, or client service experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales team management experience strongly preferred.
  • CFP or CFA preferred; Series 65 required if not held, or ability to obtain it quickly.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing Intelligence tools is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate others and provide effective performance coaching and feedback.
  • Experience working with high-level, busy professionals.
  • Must be highly flexible and able to handle confidential matters appropriately.
  • Availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.

  • Base salary range of $170,000 to $200,000 USD.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation through Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
