Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and territory plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage a mix of high-velocity transactional deals and complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Partner with BDRs to co-develop territory plans, outbound strategies, and pipeline generation activities.
  • Own the full closing process, including discovery, solution pitching, procurement, and deal closure.
  • Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify expansion opportunities for SELECT.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Engineering team on technical, solution-focused customer conversations.
  • Build and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Stay current on trends in FinOps and data engineering to provide informed customer guidance.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and help shape the SELECT sales culture.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and one local language.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing both high-volume transactional sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Technical background with a deep understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
  • Strong sales forecasting and CRM management discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience working with data engineers, FinOps stakeholders, or similar technical buyers is preferred.
