Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and territory plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage a diverse pipeline spanning high-velocity transactional deals and strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with BDRs to co-develop territory plans and outbound strategies, and coach for stronger pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Own the end-to-end closing process, including discovery, solution pitching, and procurement activities.
  • Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify expansion opportunities for SELECT.
  • Partner with Solution Engineering to lead solution-focused conversations that communicate the platform’s technical value.
  • Build and run multi-channel outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone to create and nurture opportunities.
  • Stay current on FinOps and data engineering trends to deliver relevant customer conversations.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and help shape the SELECT sales culture.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing both high-volume transactional cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Technical background with a deep understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
  • Strong sales forecasting and CRM management discipline.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience operating with flexibility across changing priorities is preferred.
  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, or Estonia, with travel as needed.
