Description

  • Close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct discovery calls, evaluations, and product demonstrations to present Agicap’s value.
  • Define and implement a sales development strategy with SDRs.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Track industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Review performance regularly with management and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to improve processes and the product.
  • Share commercial expertise and ideas to strengthen team performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS and the mid-market segment.
  • Experience working in a finance department, audit, or consulting is preferred.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A tenacious, resilient, results-driven approach to sales.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • High intellectual curiosity.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and help colleagues grow.
