Description

  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead research and qualification through booking meetings, running demos, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate and progress opportunities.
  • Present the platform to prospective clients and communicate its value based on each client’s specific needs.
  • Engage decision-makers across financial services, including tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, M&A, PE/VC, hedge funds, family offices, and banks.
  • Contribute to and continuously refine the go-to-market and sales strategy for the LATAM region.
  • Take ownership of an SDR resource after onboarding to support lead generation and demo booking for the market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of closing new business in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within FinTech or a related sector.
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify opportunities, navigate buying cycles, and create urgency.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in financial services, where trust and credibility are essential.
  • Experience selling to tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, or banking firms is a strong plus.
  • Ownership mindset with initiative, openness to feedback, and accountability for results.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success.
  • Excellent communication skills in English plus fluent Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Full-time availability.
