Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and territory plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage a mixed pipeline of high-velocity transactions and complex enterprise deals.
  • Partner with BDRs to build territory plans, outbound strategies, and stronger pipeline conversion.
  • Own the full closing process, including discovery, solution pitching, and procurement support.
  • Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify expansion opportunities for SELECT.
  • Partner with Solution Engineering to lead technical, solution-focused sales conversations.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Stay current on FinOps and data engineering trends to inform customer conversations.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and help shape the SELECT sales culture.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing both high-volume transactional cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Technical background with knowledge of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
  • Strong sales forecasting and CRM management discipline.
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work from big-picture strategy to execution details.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in FinOps or data engineering is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from the Central or Eastern U.S. region is preferred, with travel as needed.
