Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through presentation, negotiation, and contract close.
  • Build and grow relationships within a chosen sector to generate new business opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored, insight-driven demos that demonstrate the value of Thomas’s AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Qualify opportunities and improve pipeline quality to accelerate sales outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to help refine the product roadmap and platform improvements.
  • Ensure seamless handovers after the sale to support long-term client success.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong consultative selling approach with presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Track record of success selling SaaS or digital solutions.
  • Commercially savvy, results-driven, and collaborative.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly aligned to UK business hours.
  • Experience in a high-performing, cross-functional environment is preferred.
  • Interest in AI, behavioural science, or people-focused solutions is advantageous.
