Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and territory plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage a mixed pipeline of high-velocity mid-market deals and complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Partner with dedicated BDRs to build territory plans, outbound strategies, and pipeline generation activities.
  • Own the end-to-end closing process, including discovery, solution pitching, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders and executives to identify expansion opportunities for SELECT.
  • Work with Solution Engineering to lead solution-focused customer conversations.
  • Build and execute multi-channel outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Stay current on FinOps and data engineering trends to provide relevant customer guidance.
  • Lead and contribute to team initiatives that improve sales playbooks and culture.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and one local language.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing both high-volume transactional sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Technical background with a deep understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
  • Strong CRM management, sales forecasting, and self-discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and execution.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
