Description

  • Represent NiCE Cognigy to build awareness and generate new ARR.
  • Achieve ARR and ACV booking targets.
  • Close deals through both direct sales and the partner ecosystem.
  • Build, maintain, and advance a qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning through close.
  • Manage and close large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Represent Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners, BDRs, internal stakeholders, and sales colleagues to advance opportunities.
  • Drive consensus across multiple stakeholders, including executive-level decision makers.

Requirements

  • Proven success selling SaaS or technology solutions, including UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise deals and navigating long sales cycles.
  • Ability to create and communicate complex deal structures and ROI.
  • Confidence working with management-level stakeholders, especially SVP and C-level executives.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Professional communication skills with a customer-centric, personable approach.
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging internal resources.
  • Comfortable using a partner channel to support the sales process.
  • Hunter mentality and a strong drive to win.
  • Experience in strategic sales roles is preferred.
