Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and territory plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of deals spanning high-velocity transactional opportunities and complex enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with BDRs to co-develop territory plans, outbound strategies, and pipeline generation efforts.
  • Own the end-to-end closing process, including discovery, solution pitching, and procurement activities.
  • Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify opportunities to expand SELECT adoption.
  • Partner with Solution Engineering to lead solution-focused customer conversations.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone to create and nurture opportunities.
  • Stay current on FinOps and data engineering trends to provide relevant customer guidance.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and help shape the SELECT sales culture.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and one local language.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing both high-volume transactional cycles and complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Technical background and deep understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
  • Strong sales forecasting and CRM management discipline.
  • Ability to work independently with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Highly self-organized, goal-oriented, motivated, and tenacious.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and constantly evolving team environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
