Description

  • Own product positioning and messaging for psychiatrists, practice managers, and health systems in the US behavioral health market.
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across content, email, events, partnerships, and conferences.
  • Create and manage campaign calendars aligned with product launches, ICP segments, and sales priorities.
  • Produce GTM collateral including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, ROI calculators, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support sales with battle cards, objection-handling guides, demo scripts, and prospect-facing assets.
  • Manage content strategy, including editorial planning, thought leadership, blogs, emails, and social content.
  • Track and report on funnel performance, ROI by channel, conversion metrics, and pipeline impact.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and use market insights to refine differentiation and product strategy.
  • Write and optimize website and landing page copy to improve clarity and conversions.
  • Create customer stories and success narratives by interviewing clients and turning them into marketing assets.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS, including positioning and launching products for enterprise buyers.
  • Experience owning or significantly influencing demand generation or campaign-led growth that produces pipeline.
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, funnel drop-off, and ROI by channel.
  • Experience with event- or conference-driven marketing, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience marketing to US healthcare buyers such as providers, practices, and health systems.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create concise, clinically relevant marketing copy; writing sample required.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience with knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, buyer personas, and content strategy.
  • Willingness to work US-overlap hours from IST and communicate fluently with American healthcare professionals.
  • Strong English communication skills for asynchronous collaboration, briefs, positioning documents, and campaign plans.
  • Preferred: experience in behavioral health or mental health.
  • Preferred: background marketing AI or technology products to clinical audiences.
  • Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Preferred: understanding of healthcare compliance, including HIPAA and clinical accuracy standards.
  • Preferred: experience managing multi-channel campaigns across content, email, paid ads, and events.
  • Nice to have: basic design skills in Canva or Figma.
  • Nice to have: experience in SEO and content marketing.
  • Nice to have: experience creating video content and webinars.
  • Nice to have: previous startup experience, ideally Series A or earlier.
