Description

  • Own relationships with key schools in the Southampton region, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead school leaders through end-to-end recruitment processes using a consultative approach.
  • Source and match vetted teachers and support staff to school vacancies.
  • Proactively make outbound calls, handle objections, and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure an excellent experience for schools.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand usage within existing school accounts.
  • Provide product and user feedback to the product team to help shape platform improvements.
  • Work with Operations to resolve booking or delivery issues and ensure smooth placements.
  • Lead and help shape the growth of the Southampton area team as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets or comparable KPIs.
  • Confident making outbound calls, handling objections, and building trust with decision-makers.
  • Naturally enthusiastic, curious, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement (growth mindset).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and willing to roll up your sleeves.
  • Team player who enjoys close-knit collaboration across functions.
  • Passion for positive social impact, particularly in education (preferred).
  • Willingness to work remotely to start and to take on regional leadership responsibilities as the role expands.
