Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts, stores, and the overall client-agency relationship.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate Copywriters, Designers, and Account Manager Associates to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Communicate client needs to internal teams and support the delivery of required campaign assets and information.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, updates, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collect and analyze campaign and consumer data to identify trends, set goals, and optimize performance.
  • Prepare client performance reports covering revenue, A/B testing results, and optimization actions.
  • Work with the Service Department and cross-functional teams to meet KPIs, launch new services, and improve client outcomes.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and churn, troubleshoot issues, and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience, including leading a team of creatives to deliver client work.
  • Experience in account management or agency work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, manage time well, and maintain focus and productivity.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal, with availability during office hours Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Must be able to work 30–35 hours per week, have a stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and the ability to join virtual video conferences.
  • Remote work experience, e-commerce experience, and Klaviyo knowledge are major advantages.
  • Must be open to feedback and able to give constructive feedback productively.

Benefits

  • Full-time contractor role with fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Trial and adaptation period of the first two months paid at full rate.
  • Performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
  • Re-evaluation of the role and workload after 6–12 months.
  • Opportunity to work in a remote environment.
  • Exclusivity agreement and a 30-day notice period after the first two months.
