Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of US school partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with school partners and serve as their main point of contact.
  • Drive demand for Zen educators, including teachers and paraprofessionals, in partner schools.
  • Upsell Zen products and services within the existing school portfolio.
  • Report partner trends and feedback to the Product team to help improve the platform.
  • Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term roles.
  • Maintain regular contact with active educators to support satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Coach educators and help improve their performance in schools.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus.
  • A deep passion for the education sector and creating positive social impact.
  • Coachability and a willingness to learn from feedback.
  • Strong grit, self-starting behavior, and an entrepreneurial approach to reaching goals.
  • A positive, empathetic, and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to stay organized, efficient, and urgent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
  • Based in Phoenix, AZ and available for a remote full-time role.
  • Interest in growth opportunities across account management, sales, partnerships, operations, or leadership.

  • Salary of $66,000 USD plus share options.
