Description

  • Target and close new large enterprise clients using a consultative, value-based selling approach.
  • Expand relationships and platform usage within existing clients by promoting value-creating ideas.
  • Own C- and VP-level client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Articulate the company’s market positioning and platform differentiation to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the client’s industry and business across strategic and functional areas.
  • Develop and own the long-term strategic roadmap, execution path, and transformation benefits case.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver client service and secure upsells.
  • Manage a robust pipeline and execute account-specific strategies to close large strategic deals.
  • Meet or exceed new ACV and customer revenue targets.
  • Act with integrity and urgency in responding to client requests.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience with a recognized data and analytics enterprise software firm.
  • Experience in operations, supply chain management, and/or digital transformations.
  • Experience with vision- and value-based selling or outcome-based selling.
  • Familiarity with Big Data, RPA/process mining, and AI/ML is preferred.
  • Strong track record of success, including consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to quickly understand and diagnose key client and prospect challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build enduring strategic relationships with senior executives.
  • Ability to express a bold point of view and engage, challenge, and influence stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and regularly.
  • Must be based in the Minneapolis, MN area.
