Description

  • Own operational alignment for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop expertise in client contracts, SLAs, service-line scope, workflows, and operational dependencies.
  • Analyze operational performance data and communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor performance indicators and inventory health to identify emerging issues and deviations.
  • Lead root-cause analyses and create corrective action plans with internal teams.
  • Track action-plan progress, validate outcomes, and escalate issues with recommendations when needed.
  • Prepare and facilitate monthly operational reviews and recurring client touchpoints.
  • Lead internal account reviews and coordinate priorities, risks, and commitments across teams.
  • Document client interactions, decisions, escalations, and action items in CRM and internal systems.
  • Identify systemic improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow, process, and documentation enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or a related environment.
  • Understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client-support models.
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships and operational discussions.
  • Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Consultative, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage timely documentation.
  • Professional client-facing presence, adaptability, appropriate escalation judgment, and regular attendance.
