Description

  • Lead the FP&A function and own the accuracy of financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead annual budgeting and prepare monthly and quarterly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts with variance analysis.
  • Prepare financial insights, board decks, and executive dashboards for leadership and board presentations.
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and R&D on financial analysis and KPI performance.
  • Advise the C-suite on contracts, partnerships, business opportunities, and other strategic decisions.
  • Support working capital management and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Drive process improvement through automation, AI-enabled tools, and financial systems enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation of planning processes, methodologies, and control procedures.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive financial experience with increasing responsibility in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in high-growth environments, especially private equity-backed or acquisitive organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, FP&A, forecasting methodologies, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Proven experience identifying process improvements, implementing automation, and leveraging AI or emerging tools.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific KPIs and business metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to executives and boards.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership in strategic financial decision-making (preferred).
