Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks and concerns before they escalate.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, and Support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights that improve products and internal processes.
  • Oversee account onboarding and ongoing performance to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews and strategic recommendations for client stakeholders.
  • Stay current on payment industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics to bring value beyond the contract.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is required.
  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager serving international clients in the payments industry.
  • Ability to define long-term growth plans for key accounts.
  • Experience resolving complex problems involving multiple stakeholders in an agile manner.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across different seniority levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
