Description

  • Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of LATAM partners, including acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure they are engaged, enabled, and growing within the Yuno ecosystem.
  • Monitor partner health metrics such as integration status, volume, and NPS, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with Yuno's product and commercial strategy.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs with support from legal and finance teams.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and referral programs with strategic partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product to advocate for partner needs and prioritize integrations.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to use the partner network for merchant acquisition and retention.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and LATAM payment trends.
  • Lead onboarding for new partners and develop enablement materials, playbooks, training resources, QBRs, and joint planning sessions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a commercial role within payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Experience managing partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers.
  • Experience working in or with LATAM markets is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on partnership KPIs.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams.
  • Based in Colombia or Mexico is strongly preferred; remote within LATAM is considered for exceptional candidates.
  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker with professional proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
