Description

  • Own 3–5 CEO-priority initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and workplanning to execution and completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams on scope, timelines, deliverables, and blocker removal.
  • Support commercial strategy through market sizing, segment analysis, competitive positioning, and go-to-market planning.
  • Build commercial pitches, proposals, and financial models to support prospects, partners, pricing, and investment decisions.
  • Own company-level KPI dashboards and report weekly and monthly performance metrics to the CEO.
  • Prepare executive-ready performance summaries, identify trends and risks, and recommend actions.
  • Track OKR progress and facilitate mid-cycle course corrections.
  • Design and run leadership operating cadences, including weekly syncs, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and board preparation.
  • Draft and manage CEO communications, including investor updates, board materials, internal memos, and company-wide messages.
  • Standardize recurring leadership workflows and introduce tools, systems, templates, and playbooks to improve execution speed.

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a similar high-ownership role.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights, business cases, and executive-ready narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions constructively.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • High EQ and influence skills with the ability to drive accountability across teams without formal authority.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Preferred: experience working directly with C-level executives or leadership teams in a startup or scale-up, ideally Series A–C.
  • Preferred: background in fintech, payments, or technology-driven environments.
  • Preferred: experience supporting commercial or sales teams with market analysis, competitive intelligence, or go-to-market strategy.
  • Preferred: experience building business cases or product roadmap justifications with financial modeling.
  • Preferred: experience building or improving operational processes, performance tracking systems, or strategic rhythms from scratch.
  • Preferred: MBA.
