Description

  • Source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with payment providers, fintechs, banks, PSPs, platforms, consultancies, and technology partners.
  • Develop partnership structures that drive adoption, revenue growth, and expansion into existing and new markets.
  • Build partnerships that generate revenue through co-selling, integrations, and referrals.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic partners and ensure alignment, performance, and long-term value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to build partner enablement materials, GTM plays, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Define success metrics and operational workflows to make partnerships scalable, repeatable, and measurable.
  • Own partnership strategy for North America and potentially neighboring markets such as Mexico.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements in line with internal policies, pricing strategy, and performance expectations.
  • Monitor partnership KPIs, deliver insights, and recommend improvements based on performance data.
  • Lead partner-focused initiatives such as co-branded events, PR campaigns, and ecosystem engagement strategies.
  • Represent Yuno at industry events to strengthen thought leadership in payments and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing strategic external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, acquirers, and orchestration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance and business cases.
  • Proven day-to-day use of AI, with clear examples.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies is preferred.
  • Experience expanding into new markets or regions and leading go-to-market efforts with partners is preferred.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills are preferred.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution is preferred.
  • Leadership experience managing a team or mentoring others is preferred.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage competing demands are preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
