Description

  • Build and deploy scalable AI products powered by large language models for the payment orchestration platform.
  • Design, test, and iterate prompts to improve model performance for specific use cases.
  • Develop and optimize prompts for customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing payment systems and workflows.
  • Ensure seamless interaction between AI solutions and Yuno’s core services.
  • Stay current on advancements in LLMs, prompt engineering, and related AI fields.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Leverage payment and user interaction data to fine-tune AI models and improve product performance.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and AI ethics best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience, with a remote full-time individual contributor role in mind.
  • Proven track record of building and deploying products using LLMs such as GPT or similar models.
  • Strong prompt engineering expertise for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts.
  • Strong programming experience with Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
  • Familiarity with speech-to-text and text-to-speech tools such as Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text.
  • Experience developing and deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Fluent English.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills (preferred).
