Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Customer Support, Tech, and other groups.
  • Drive accountability by clarifying tasks and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple time zones.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, processes, and reporting structures.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, organisation, and efficiency across all deliverables.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to building and refining project management best practices within YSI.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently from concept to completion.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and adapt quickly.
  • Experience working with digital products, platforms, or internal systems is a plus.
  • Exposure to content, knowledge management, or system migrations is beneficial but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
