Description

  • Lead and deliver sustainability projects across multiple entities in line with strategic objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end sustainability data reporting processes, including preparation and submission to external authorities.
  • Define, track, and deliver KPIs and value plans, including operational value plans and performance targets.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks with a strong focus on regulatory and compliance exposure.
  • Conduct assessments and support the development of sustainability strategies such as water, energy, and CO₂ reduction.
  • Define execution roadmaps and glide paths for sustainability initiatives.
  • Drive integration initiatives by aligning entities around common processes and reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sustainability, Operations, and other business functions.
  • Build alignment among stakeholders, including senior leadership, in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • Support continuous improvement and optimization of sustainability processes and reporting practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project or Program Management within complex, multi-entity environments.
  • Demonstrated background in sustainability, ESG, or regulatory-driven initiatives such as CO₂, water, energy management, or ESG reporting.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability compliance frameworks such as ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and responsible sourcing.
  • Experience managing data-driven processes, including reporting to external regulatory bodies.
  • Strong risk management capabilities, particularly in compliance-heavy environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Experience in integration or transformation projects is a strong advantage.
  • Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
