Description

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand NRI’s footprint within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft account teams and strategic manufacturing partners.
  • Qualify sales opportunities, set customer expectations, and negotiate deals to close business.
  • Lead the sales process across internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Deployment, and Project Managers.
  • Communicate directly with customers to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and build rapport.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers, assess account revenue potential, and source opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings and technical demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training to improve performance and strengthen departmental expertise.
  • Work with enterprise accounts to identify leads, close sales, and attain sales goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Previous Microsoft sales experience preferred, including knowledge of Office 365, EMS, Azure, and related offerings.
  • Experience positioning and closing professional services opportunities.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM application.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Closed at least five seven-figure contracts with new accounts preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding sales goals preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests concurrently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, deliverables, and pricing preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and its business benefits preferred.
  • Ability to present complex technology to non-technical audiences preferred.
  • Experience speaking with C-level executives preferred.
  • Experience in information technology and services preferred.
