Description

  • Support clients with AI Voice accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Configure AI Voice setups on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate with clients via Zoom, text, phone, and email to ensure a positive experience.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the AI Voice product.
  • Guide clients through the AI Voice implementation process and support them throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Handle administrative work such as updating trackers and Salesforce tags.
  • Implement AI Voice and configure Strypes and CRM settings for clients.
  • Meet performance KPIs, including setup time and the number of AI Voice accounts launched live.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including billing, sales, product support, and client success management.
  • Participate in required training and development to maintain satisfactory performance standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a support, training, customer service, or sales role.
  • Professional manner, positive demeanor, and trustworthy character.
  • Consistent work habits and strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently toward deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well in a small group setting.
  • Ability to take initiative and see projects and tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to understand and convey detailed information about account change processes.
  • Understanding of real estate and the real estate profession is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have a processor of 2 GHz or above, with Intel Core 5/7 or equivalent highly required.
  • Must have the latest operating system installed.
  • Must have at least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB free disk space.
  • Must have a backup computer with the same specifications as the main device.
  • Must have a noise-cancelling headset.
  • Must have at least a 20 Mbps wired internet connection for the main ISP.
  • Must have backup internet access, such as pocket WiFi or prepaid WiFi; USB sticks are not allowed.
  • Must have a backup power source.
  • Must be available to work a 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Standard Time shift, with weekend shifting schedule.
  • Starting rate is PHP 40,000 depending on experience.
