Description

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for an initial portfolio of outsourced finance partners and expand that portfolio over time.
  • Build strong communication channels with partners and align on priorities, objectives, and performance expectations.
  • Drive channel growth through referrals, cold outreach, and other business development activities.
  • Own partner-sourced revenue targets, including forecasting, pipeline tracking, and goal attainment.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies that support customer acquisition and mutual partner value.
  • Create scalable processes and playbooks for partner enablement, co-marketing, and referral workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to equip partners with the tools, training, and information they need.
  • Monitor partner performance, report key metrics, and launch initiatives to improve outcomes.
  • Act as an internal advocate for partners and maintain feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Help define the broader partner motion as the company scales the program.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, or business development in a tech or services business.
  • Experience scaling new programs from the ground up and working comfortably in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence to engage senior leaders and represent the company externally.
  • Proven success meeting sales targets through indirect channels.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and maintain momentum across teams.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to take ownership without waiting for direction.
  • Ability to work fully remotely within the United States, with NYC, Austin, Miami, or Mountain View as office hub options.
  • Must not currently require or later require visa sponsorship.
  • Experience with partner enablement, co-marketing, or referral workflows is preferred.
  • Experience forecasting and managing pipelines is preferred.
