Description

  • Support and grow YipitData’s client base across the Asia Pacific market.
  • Interact with sophisticated investors to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through account management.
  • Find creative ways to drive value and increase user engagement.
  • Become a trusted resource by helping clients get the most value from research.
  • Develop deep expertise in the company’s products and investment narratives.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities, risk mitigation, and engagement strategies.
  • Manage a high-touch, high-volume client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the expert network or financial industry is strongly preferred.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and belief in data-powered products.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent questioning skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong judgment when handling a wide variety of client situations and communications.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and respond sensitively to client needs.
  • Resourceful, resilient, positive, and eager to learn.
  • Self-starter who works well as part of a team.
