Description

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate improvement workstreams with sales, marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned accounts.
  • Upsell additional products or services and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate and renew customer contracts and review related proposals and agreements.
  • Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously learn and build expertise across XTM Group products, services, and assigned customers.

Requirements

  • Experience within the localization space is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior, key, or strategic customer success consultant role, or a similar role within localization or language tech.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and key sales metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
