Description

  • Lead a team of Advisors running telephone outbound retention campaigns.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor the work of the team and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Ensure delivery of retention targets and customer service standards.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and take action to improve results.
  • Recruit team members and maintain the staffing needed to deliver services.
  • Create a work environment that supports team satisfaction, development, motivation, and continuous skill growth.
  • Shape customer service processes and contribute to customer support projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams running retention, account retention, or cross-sell campaigns.
  • Experience managing a team in a technology company is a plus.
  • Communicative English at minimum B2 level for working in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of customer retention metrics.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and outbound campaign tools.
  • Strong goal orientation.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Creativity.
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality.

  • Base salary of 7,000–8,000 PLN gross per month under an employment contract.
