Description

  • Assist developers and technical teams by quickly diagnosing integration and technical issues.
  • Debug problems using data dumps, technical logs, and other available information.
  • Document issues clearly and concisely based on client feedback and findings.
  • Escalate or transfer issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
  • Provide customer service and communicate solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Help prioritize and manage a significant workload with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Use online productivity and collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Basecamp, Slack, and Google Translate.
  • Explain solutions clearly and direct clients to relevant documentation.
  • Stay engaged with new technologies, tools, methods, and payment-related workflows in gaming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience within the video game industry.
  • Prior integration experience.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a significant workload immediately and prioritize multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand client needs and respond appropriately.
  • Multilingual proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience with web or game programming tools such as Unreal or Unity, or higher education in computer science, is preferred.
