Description

  • Perform hands-on platform configuration according to documented specifications and member requirements.
  • Ensure settings, permissions, and features are correctly implemented for launch.
  • Own onboarding and launch operations for new members, including member file uploads and full system setup.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test environments, assisting with test execution, documenting feedback, and verifying readiness before go-live.
  • Provide non-engineering integration support by troubleshooting configuration-related issues and bridging communication with engineering teams.
  • Maintain quality standards through process adherence and quality assurance checks.
  • Communicate and document configuration status, issues, and outcomes for internal teams and external members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical implementation, system administration, or platform configuration.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to process adherence and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency with data imports/uploads and structured data formats such as CSV and XML.
  • Familiarity with common User Acceptance Testing processes and ability to guide users through testing phases.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills for working with internal teams and external members.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps and capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM on the primary device.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and is functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
