Description

  • Guide customers through onboarding and integration, including security reviews, environment setup, and implementation support.
  • Design and write sample code, scripts, and reference implementations to unblock customer teams.
  • Debug customer-reported issues, identify root causes, and own the resolution process with internal product teams.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and turn customer workflows into actionable deployment plans with success criteria.
  • Monitor account health and adoption metrics, identify gaps, and drive expanded product usage.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on renewal strategies and defect triage.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally and represent engineering externally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Manager roles.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to read, write, and reason about production code.
  • Familiarity with common enterprise patterns such as APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data pipelines.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English is mandatory.
  • Proven ownership mindset and ability to turn vague technical issues into actionable defect reports or capability descriptions.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to both developer and executive audiences.
  • Comfort working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving, remote-first environments.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment managing high-touch enterprise accounts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling, DevOps practices, or cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Background in QA or IT Operations in a prior individual contributor role is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-native services or AI-positive development cultures is preferred.
