Description

  • Provide live chat, email, and Slack support with clarity, urgency, and empathy.
  • Configure and maintain client accounts during new implementations and ongoing changes.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to prepare accounts for smooth go-live.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues end-to-end and resolve client requests independently.
  • Use internal tools and resources to find answers quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to surface issues and improve processes.
  • Document feedback, build playbooks, FAQs, and support documentation.
  • Own support requests from first response through resolution and keep customers updated proactively.
  • Know when to escalate issues and manage follow-up through completion.
  • Help scale support operations through smarter workflows and platform fixes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B SaaS experience in support, implementation, or technical account roles.
  • Experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment, preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, personable approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and learn new tools quickly.
  • Familiarity with social media, community-led platforms, or social trends is a bonus.
  • Strong documentation habits and a builder’s mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make thoughtful decisions with limited supervision.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and asking smart questions when needed.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to turn friction into connection.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
