Description

  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities and inbound lead management.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support growth.
  • Manage customer relationships across assigned accounts and regions.
  • Identify upselling and account development opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Support customers with account usage, request submissions, and order placement.
  • Guide customers through Xometry’s platform, products, services, and ordering process.
  • Follow up on open opportunities and support customers throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in Salesforce and document follow-up activities.
  • Monitor customer payments and follow up when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and deliver results.
  • Commercial mindset and motivation to achieve individual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Fluent English for daily customer communication and international collaboration.
  • German language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate professionally with customers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
  • Technical mindset with the ability to quickly understand product and manufacturing specifics.
  • High level of responsibility, flexibility, determination, and personal ownership.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is an advantage.
  • International experience, including living or working abroad, is an advantage.
  • Current residence in Bulgaria, Georgia, Serbia, or Kazakhstan.
  • Remote work must be within one of the listed hiring countries.
