Description

  • Develop and expand the customer base through proactive outbound sales activities and inbound lead management.
  • Manage customer relationships within a specific region and support long-term partnerships with small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Achieve established sales plans, individual sales targets, and performance KPIs.
  • Respond to incoming customer requests promptly and professionally across calls, emails, online meetings, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality CRM records using Salesforce.
  • Support customers with account usage, request submissions, and order placement.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and unlock new business opportunities from acquired and assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • First experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Fluency in one additional language: German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate professionally in foreign languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and achieve results.
  • Technical mindset with the ability to quickly understand product specifics.
  • High level of responsibility, flexibility, and determination.
  • Strong social intelligence, empathy, and a customer-oriented communication style.
  • Experience living abroad is considered an advantage.
