Description

  • Translate migration objectives into an executable program structure with clear milestones, owners, assumptions, and success criteria.
  • Define scope and accountability across engineering, security, identity, infrastructure, O365 administration, and business stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain an integrated roadmap, critical path, dependency map, and delivery plan from analysis through closure.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external contributors to keep both workstreams aligned and dependencies actively managed.
  • Own migration readiness activities including business readiness, communications, cutover planning, fallback planning, and post-migration validation.
  • Maintain transparent RAID, decision, stakeholder, and status reporting for the migration program.
  • Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of delivery blockers, risks, issues, and scope trade-offs early.
  • Challenge technical plans and migration sequencing where hidden dependencies or delivery risks exist.
  • Facilitate discussions between identity, endpoint, infrastructure, security, and engineering specialists.
  • Provide concise, fact-based updates to senior stakeholders and translate technical constraints into business implications.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, or similar delivery leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-team migration or transformation programs.
  • Experience delivering initiatives involving identity, access, endpoint, infrastructure, cloud, or platform migrations.
  • Practical understanding of Entra ID, Active Directory, O365, AWS, VDI, or similar enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Experience managing operational readiness, controlled rollout, stakeholder management, and technical migration delivery.
  • Strong experience managing risks, dependencies, scope trade-offs, delivery blockers, and cross-team conflicts.
  • Ability to create structure and clarity in programs where requirements, ownership, or plans are still evolving.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to challenge technical assumptions without being the hands-on technical owner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive communication and decision framing.
  • Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required.
  • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot Chat to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making.
  • Preferred: experience with security-sensitive or regulated technology environments.
  • Preferred: experience with large-scale identity or endpoint migration programs.
  • Preferred: experience with AWS-hosted VDI environments.
  • Preferred: experience working with enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft identity ecosystems.
  • Preferred: experience establishing program governance and migration-readiness frameworks.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or other structured delivery methodologies.
  • Preferred: experience applying GenAI in structured SDLC workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.
  • Preferred: interest in emerging AI-driven practices for analysis, documentation, or workflow optimization.
