Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and enhance REST APIs that support business-critical services.
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and software delivery.
  • Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and engineering quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of commercial experience as a Java Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience building and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Solid background in backend development.
  • Practical experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools in daily software engineering activities.
  • Practical experience with AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Good communication skills in English at minimum B2 level.
  • Ability to start the project immediately or within a short timeframe.
  • Work from the European Union region with a valid work permit.
  • Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC, including workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices such as agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and AI-augmented development (nice to have).
