Description

  • Lead engagements from kickoff through assessment, scope definition, delivery, operationalization, and handover.
  • Align business and technology stakeholders on data platform adoption, operating models, data ownership, stewardship, and data quality.
  • Assess business-unit readiness, including sponsor commitment, SME availability, ownership authority, source access, and remediation responsibility.
  • Serve as the primary interface for business sponsors, senior data stakeholders, program teams, and technology teams.
  • Coordinate Data Architects, Platform Engineers, data quality and analytics specialists, and knowledge management roles.
  • Translate technical findings into business decisions and manage risks, issues, decision logs, and escalation paths.
  • Escalate issues that may affect readiness, delivery quality, or handover.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, data, platform, or digital transformation delivery.
  • At least 5 years in senior delivery, program leadership, engagement leadership, data practice leadership, or data transformation pre-sales roles.
  • Experience with data platform, data governance, or data transformation initiatives, such as data quality remediation, master data models, stewardship operating models, or platform migration and adoption.
  • Practical knowledge of operating models, data stewardship, data quality, source ownership, lineage, integration, and platform adoption.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills with senior business, program, data, and technology leaders.
  • Experience with structured delivery governance, including steering meetings, risk logs, decision logs, escalation paths, and formal client checkpoints.
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively regarding readiness, ownership, scope, and data quality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain data risks in business language.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, pressure, competing priorities, and multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Fluent, high-impact English required; Portuguese, French, or Spanish is advantageous. Must work from the European Union and hold a valid work permit.
