Description

  • Support the coordination of resources and priorities for Xapo’s marketing strategy.
  • Assist in planning and tracking marketing projects to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and share insights with the team.
  • Help create and update project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing execution with broader business goals.
  • Assist with the development, management, and coordination of vendor contracts and deliverables.
  • Perform daily administrative activities related to marketing operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across marketing processes.
  • Conduct research for briefs and gather relevant reports, case studies, and market information.
  • Document and refine marketing processes, and help implement tools and platforms to streamline workflows.
  • Research emerging trends in fintech and cryptocurrency marketing.
  • Maintain Xapo’s brand consistency across marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A recent bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with advertising and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Looker.
  • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools, or a willingness to learn them.
  • Interest in lead generation strategies and testing campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about marketing trends and openness to new tools and technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to generate insights.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to analyze problems and propose outside-the-box solutions.
  • Exposure to marketing, advertising, or communications through coursework, internships, or projects.
