Description

  • Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with global industrial OEMs and cybersecurity integrators.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company business goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive mutual business growth.
  • Expand sales channels by identifying and developing opportunities with resellers and integrators.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align and execute partnership initiatives.
  • Drive contracts, sales enablement, and incentive programs to improve partner performance.
  • Create and manage partner training programs and related enablement resources.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and use insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee the execution of partnership agreements.
  • Conduct market research on industrial and cybersecurity trends and advise senior leadership on partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
  • Proven success in forming and managing strategic partnerships, especially with global industrial OEMs.
  • Experience with cybersecurity integrators and resellers is preferred.
  • Strong network within the industrial and cybersecurity sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • Experience working with companies such as Honeywell, Rockwell, Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, Optiv, GuidePoint, or Cyderes is helpful.
