Description

  • Own the full sales process from outreach, discovery, and demo to close.
  • Sell to growth and marketing leaders at SMB and mid-market companies.
  • Work inbound leads and build outbound pipeline with support from SDRs.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline updates in HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging.
  • Provide user and market feedback to inform the product roadmap.
  • Help refine sales collateral, objection handling, and closing strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Background selling to MarTech and marketing personas.
  • Experience selling to SEO and content marketers is a plus.
  • Experience selling to marketing and growth personas.
  • Strong demoing, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Consistent quota attainment or overachievement, with ARR performance a plus.
  • Structured, metrics-driven, and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Fluency in an additional European language such as German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PLG motions or AI-based products is a plus.
