Description

  • Create new and improve existing AI solutions from product requirement analysis through production launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, developers, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Apply software engineering best practices to build and maintain a reliable codebase.
  • Perform code reviews to support code quality and team standards.
  • Work in an agile environment and present results during regular sprint reviews.
  • Validate AI hypotheses through experimentation and help move research prototypes into production-ready features.
  • Support the development of both user-facing AI features and foundational intelligence platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in AI, data science, and machine learning.
  • Experience with LLMs, LLM-based APIs, prompting techniques, metric-driven prompt feature development, and agentic systems.
  • Experience building complex multipart and multistep LLM-based and ML systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, including pure Python beyond Jupyter notebooks.
  • Experience using reproducible research techniques.
  • Experience developing AI solutions for production use.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience in AI/ML solutions for areas such as social networks, recommendation systems, ranking, entity matching, process mining, system personalization, or risk estimation (preferred).
  • Strong statistical and machine learning skills (preferred).
  • Experience building core AI systems used across multiple parts of a product (preferred).
  • Experience with classical software development and architecture (preferred).
